I'm feeling a bit sad about the world, having been reading about racism and rugby down under, so I am perhaps feeling unneccesarily tragic that there isn't a word for that, but there is a word for 'roasting.' I am with you on the s__g group, although Dogberry's got all the good words already.

Dogberry, I did notice the lack of detail to argue with, and was simultaneously impressed and disappointed. I'm also disappointed that I missed the opportunity to use the word 'snicker' in my comment. You're right though, the phrase 'want to snog?' is pretty much guaranteed to result in disappointment.

You, me and the Fencepost: apparently he's cool with snogs. After the fact, anyway.

Snuggling is good. However, I was achingly aware that I would be accused of skewing the numbers for the sake of my argument so I gave every word the benefit of the doubt (although Mrs M says she likes snails. For that matter I like them to eat.)
The thing about shags is you end up with sprogs.
And slugs.M.H. I do still use it occasionally, as it is quite expressive of a particular experience. Never quite cheery, exactly. The Antipodeannoreply@blogger.com
