Incidentally, before anybody objects: I know that casual is defined in the OED as occassional or accidental, but there has been an undoubted semantic shift. Casual = occassional = lacking commitment = lacking effort.
And they're variously available in fifteen languages and counting. Well, to be honest, the first three are pretty untranslatable. But the others have been done.
